You never ask me to photoshop your wrinkles; You don’t hide behind your baby’s face or shy away from the camera. But best of all, you’re quick to drop everything and throw yourself into playing with your children. Swinging them high in the air, tickling them or chasing them endlessly outdoors; it’s wonderful to watch children respond to the rough and tumble of fatherly love. Boisterous, funny, warm, energetic and childlike. We all need this kind of playfulness every day.
So, Happy Father’s Day to you all this Sunday. And please keep turning up to family photo shoots with your energy and enthusiasm. It’s infectious!
